Here is a flag footprint idea for the patriotic holidays

I used this in my infant classroom but it can be used for any age group.

We made a flag using the child’s footprints. We painted their feet with red and white paint for the striped, and blue paint for the blue portion of the flag. We then used their fingers dipped in white paint for the stars.

VERY BIG HIT WITH PARENTS!
