Write a business-style letter requesting information.

Lesson Objectives:
Students will learn different types of business letters. They will also learn the outline and other necessary components in order to write an efficient letter.

Lesson Activity:
Lecture and discussion on Writing Business Letters. Students will look through business letter examples and sort them to the specific style (request information, complaint, provide information, and persuade). Teacher will give students a letter she typed and they will follow the instructions (they are to right a letter requesting information from a sports team or a music group of their choice). Students then will start a draft of the letter.
