D G Time to say "Bye", A7 D To all of the friends that we've made this year! D G Summer's here now, A7 D It won't be long 'till we're back here! (And soon we will all be back here!)

I'll Be On Vacation A Teacher's Song (Sung to: Sing a Song of Sixpence) G I'll be on vacation D You will see my dust! D I'll run out the door and ~ G Slow down if I must! G I'll tell my students, "Bye" and ~ D I'll miss them it is true. D And even though I love to teach, D G I love the summer too!
If all the teachers want to sing this to a group of students, the “I” can be changed to “We” (with all the appropriate changes)
Last line can be changed to:
“I love vacation too!” if that is more suitable
